She teaches in the Somatic Psychology program at the California Institute for Integral Studies and creates experiential workshops that foster connection\, vitality\, and shared well-being. Michal guides groups and communities in exploring mindful movement\, expressive arts\, and somatic practices that cultivate joy\, resilience\, and embodied presence.
