Join parent counselor, Sharon Lebi, for a three-part parenting series that explores strategies for dealing with some of the challenges of raising children. Integrating parenting tools and mindfulness-based practices, the sessions are designed for parents of children of all ages, from toddlers through adolescents.
Topics to be explored include: parenting styles, communication, problem-solving, sleep, promoting capability, and resiliency.
Series meets from on the following Tuesdays: October 29, November 5, November 12.
